Welcome

I have worked in the social services field, and specifically in the

specialization of substance use disorder treatment since 1975,

when I enlisted in the US Army and served 15 honorable years in

behavioral health, both clinical and administrative roles.

I entered the private sector, and ACTS Consulting, Inc was created in 1991.
