Diane Sherman has worked in the social services profession since 1975. She holds a Doctorate Degree from Capella University in the specialization of Industrial / Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Sherman is a Veteran of the United States Army where she proudly served her country for 15 years as a Behavioral Science Specialist. She entered the private sector in 1991 and she started ACTS Consulting, Inc. Since 1991, she has consulted with hundreds of companies private and non-profit throughout the United States and internationally in Germany and Panama. Her newest venture is in Costa Rica where she provides consultation, coaching and training at Villas Congas.

Organizational Consulting covers a spectrum of services including CARF Accreditation readiness; State and federal regulatory monitoring and compliance; Program services design, implementation and monitoring. Dr. Sherman works closely with her clients to ensure integrity in the consultative relationship. It is Dr. Sherman's goal to design programs firmly established upon evidence based research and implement strategies and interventions that will improve performance and enhance optimal organizational competence.

Dr. Sherman is an animated and experienced national educator. She has trained at national conferences, regional and state-sponsored events
