Diane has worked in the alcohol / drug counseling profession since 1975. She holds a Doctorate Degree from Capella University in the specialization of Industrial / Organizational Psychology.

​

Diane is a United States Army veteran where she proudly served her country for 15 years as a Behavioral Science Specialist. She entered the private sector in 1991 and she started ACTS Consulting, Inc. Since 1991, she has consulted with hundreds of companies private and non-profit throughout the United States and internationally in Germany, Panama and Costa Rica. Her newest venture is in Costa Rica where she provides consultation, coaching and relaxation at Villas Congas.
